com is seeking a Senior Product Designer who will take on a lead role in driving design excellence and quality for Checkout.com help build the next generation of financial products and online payment solutions, crafting simple, elegant, and well-designed products through effective planning and prototyping, whilst supporting both user needs and business goals.
You’ll be part of a cross-functional team developing and designing new products through effective planning, interaction design and prototyping. As you develop a solid understanding of our products and business structure, you’ll help us solve problems across our end-to-end user experience. Payment Performance, Emerging Products, and Financial Experiences.
The Payment Performance pillar focuses on increasing acceptance rates for our merchants. Grouped together in this pillar are the main levers across the payment lifecycle that can impact this metric including how we manage our fraud, performance optimizations (Intelligence Acceptance) and issuer declines.
The Financial Experiences pillar is developing a more fully fledged financial platform, focused on building solutions for merchants to manage funds on the CKO platform. You are a team player and share constructive feedback with your peers to constantly raise the quality of our design output and improve design processes and principles.
You have a user-focused design mentality and approach to all your work.
You are an excellent visual designer with a real care for the craft, underpinned by a provenuser-centered design foundation constantly looking to raise the bar.
You have helped ship products that solve real problems defining how an experience should behave based on understanding the user's needs, with consideration for how the solution will scale.
You drive data-driven initiatives to make informed decisions and measure impact.
