Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
We are looking for a Team Leader to support our Young Person’s Housing Team for a period of 6 weeks.
This will involve supervising and coordinating the team and supporting around decision making.
You will link in closely with the Social Care and Pathways Teams to assess and identify appropriate housing pathways for 16/17 year olds and care leavers.
Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
You must have:
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
