Telesales Representative
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Shifts Mon- Sun 9am- 8pm.
Unlike most providers, they build, own and operate their dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning they can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. Their network covers over 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city.
* They have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords.
* They have freely connected over 600 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for their company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
* Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
* Enter and update customer information in the database
* Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
* Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role desired
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
* Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
* Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
