Role : Hospitality Trainer (FOH)
Experience Required : No prior teaching/training experience is needed, our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified trainer.
What you could be doing now: You will be working in a FOH hospitality managerial role. Any background in hotel management, or events management is advantageous
Location : Hybrid with travel around the Kent (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle)
As a Hospitality Trainer, you can wave goodbye to working weekends and pass your knowledge on to a new generation of hospitality professionals.
Your Role as a Hospitality Trainer:
As a Hospitality Trainer, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and get to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face-to-face.
Working Monday to Friday, a typical week will involve 2-3 days of travelling to see your hospitality apprentices. With the rest working from home; meeting apprentices online and completing administration.
Work with hospitality apprentices in their workplaces and online.
Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of hospitality.
Explain how English and maths are important in hospitality, to support your apprentices with their functional skills.
Complete administrative and planning tasks, using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems.
We’re seeking passionate Hospitality Professionals, looking to share their knowledge and make a meaningful impact on the hospitality industry. Demonstrable experience at Hospitality Management level. Coupled with a passion for teaching.
F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Reception & Reservations, Conference & Events, Outlet, Kitchen.
Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths.
A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region.
