Location: Hybrid – 2 Days per week in Cambridgeshire

I’m looking to speak with individuals with a desire to continually upskill themselves, as there will be a chance to learn a number of new technologies. You will have the opportunity to assist in analysing system requirements and specifications. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the development of a regional infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support infrastructure, with a main focus on networks and security
  • Ensure the network is stable and performing at its optimum
  • Analyse and assess network performance, recommending required improvements
  • Resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
  • Investigate system faults and suggest future improvements
  • Deliver against KPI metrics to meet strategic business demands
