Credit Hire Personal Injury Claims Handler
Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm (hybrid working available)
Up to £30,000 DOE + annual bonus
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Credit Hire Personal Injury Claims Handler. You will be managing a portfolio of motor damage, credit hire and injury claims from first notification to settlement. You will be responsible for making decisions on fraud, quantum and liability, including managing cases through litigation. You will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders including clients, brokers, suppliers, claimants and their representatives using multiple means of communication such as phone and email.
Credit Hire PI Claims Handler Key Responsibilities:
* Review and record claims on our in-house system within product standards, check policy coverage and allocate appropriate codes and reserves.
* Make liability enquiries, in accordance with Adjuster’s Manual, using most appropriate method (phone, correspondence, field visit).
* Respond to all written and phone enquiries clearly, courteously and promptly.
* Review claims regularly using diary system to ensure accurate reserves and timely closure.
