Position: English Teacher Location: Ealing Salary Scale: GBP120 to GBP220 per day Start Date: Sept 2024

The Role: As an English Teacher, you will deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire students' curiosity and enthusiasm for English language and literature. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Literary Exploration: Introduce students to a wide range of literary texts, fostering critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Language Development: Support students in developing their writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills through interactive activities and exercises.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a degree in English or a related field.
  • Passion for English language and literature, with a strong knowledge of the curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
  • Effective classroom management skills, with a proactive approach to creating a positive learning environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
