The Service and Warranty Co-Ordinator will be primarily responsible for workshop job card, warranty claim administration, supporting supplier recovery activities and supporting day to day activities of the Gordon Murray Automotive service center workshop in Windlesham Surrey.
Key Responsibilities Process warranty claims received from Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) service centres.
Create, administrate, and complete internal service workshop, work orders. (Reporting Service Centre KPIs.
Co-ordinate supplier warranty recovery in conjunction with the Quality Department.
Manage the warranty claim data base.
Liaise with GMA service centres and support warranty parts returns.
Co-ordinate customer vehicle collections.
Liaise with GMA parts department to support warranty and service repairs.
Administrate internal Purchase Requestions to support workshop activities.
Liaise with Team Travel for Technical Support Engineers travel.
Support the GMA technical Training academy.
Support Service Campaign and Recall administration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Previous experience in Automotive at Dealership or Head Office environment.
Computer literate Microsoft Office suite.
Strong planning, good follows up skills, meticulous in detail.
Flexible approach to working hours.
Organised, persuasive, resourceful, flexible, ambitious, self-directing, passion for delivering objectives, comfortable challenging existing processes.
