Financial Controller - Nottingham NG2 - Services company- £70-80K - Hybrid working

We are working with an expanding services company who are seeking a no.If you are a skilled Financial Controller who wants to join a dynamic team in a well-established company, then this role could be what you are looking for. This role is based out of Nottingham but has the opportunity to work in London, both on a hybrid basis.
As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the CFO with a “sleeves rolled up” approach. You will also be tasked with managing the staff that prepares the month-end figures, leading and managing the budget, re-forecast and year-end processes, and introducing reporting of financial data into cost centres to provide departmental budgets and monitor their effectiveness. You will be responsible for performing scenario-based stress testing on individual entities
You will support sales in providing valuable data for sales forecasting and looking at cost-saving among the group.
You will also be responsible for the preparation and control over various tax returns, including VAT and CT
Assist with maintaining strong relationships with the auditors and tax advisors

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
Strong analytical, presentation and Excel skills
Experience of Sage and Sales Force (although not essential)
