Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  • Land Acquisition & Disposals - Help our clients secure and sell land with the finesse of a seasoned pro.
  • Site Assembly - Assemble sites like a property puzzle masterno missing pieces allowed
  • Options & Pre-emption Agreements - Guide clients through securing those all-important first options and pre-emption rights.
  • Conditional Contracts & Promotional Agreements - Draft and negotiate contracts that ensure our clients are always on solid ground.
  • ️ Planning - Steer projects through the planning process with the precision of a legal architect.
  • Section 106, 278, and 38 Agreements - Make even the most complex agreements look easy, ensuring compliance and success.
  • Plot Sales - Manage plot sales from the first brick to the final handshake.

What We're Looking For:

  • A solicitor who can juggle the needs of both landowners and developers with a smile (or at least without pulling your hair out).
  • Commercial savvy to add value while dodging risks, and tackle the tangled web of property law, without needing a stress ball (most days).
  • A strong communicator who can negotiate with the best of them and still keep clients happy.
  • A love for detail
  • Someone whos excited to work across offices in Worthing, Littlehampton, Bognor Regis, Chichester, and Southsea bonus points if you've got a favorite seaside spot.
