This new role can be based out of any of our UK sites (Derby, Mirfield, Crawley or Woking) and comes with great potential for future growth and development. THE ROLEThe Customer Relationship Lead is responsible for the interface and management of the customer delivery relationship with a key focus on:Reviewing customer KPIs to monitor the business performance against customer expectations and to highlight trends and issues that might impact customer delivery and satisfactionOrderbook managementBeing the first point of escalation to customers and ensuring customer service corrective actions plans are deployed effectivelyManaging and reviewing forecasting input, sales budgeting, inventory variances to support business planning and inventory holdingsTactical customer management and internal stakeholder liaison to be the voice of the customer within IncoraParticipate and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance business performanceABOUT YOUYou will be exceptional at B2B customer service, understanding and actioning customer requirements and dealing with customers will be at the heart of everything you do. You will have the skills to build long-term relationships with stakeholders and have the ability to prioritise workload.Monitoring account performance and taking accountability of any issues that may arise as well as driving continuous improvements.Intermediate Excel and presentation skills are a must for this role and experience of using MRP system will be desirable.We are interested in people from all backgrounds and experiences working in a position where customer excellence is at the heart of what you do.
