The role is for a showroom assistant who will be responsible for the following; ·

Respond to customer calls and emails ·

Manage customer enquiries and appointments in the showroom ·

Schedule customer appointments for showroom/home visit ·

Update customer records on customer management system The member of staff will be working alone in the showroom, so they will need to be 18 or over. The hours will be 9.15 – 16:00 on Saturdays, with some opportunities for additional work on weekdays from time to time.
