Position Overview: You will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward. You will leverage your extensive experience in recruitment to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, identifying their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment solutions.
  • Source, assess, and present top-tier candidates to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, offering industry insights and guidance throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments, identifying opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the Construction Industry or a faced paced environment), with a proven track record of success in a consultancy role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, with a commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
