Sales Administrator - Redditch - Up to £30,000 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator working in modern offices based in Redditch. We are looking for an administrator who will be supporting the sales director with following up leads on the phone and email along with producing proposals and quotations You will ideally have experience in a similar role must have great attention to detail, excellent IT and communications skills both verbal and written. This role will require you to work on Adobe InDesign full training will be given along with someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment. Day to day duties for the Sales Administrator

  • Speaking to prospective clients, fact finding and researching the business
  • Generating leads via google or other means
  • Working on Indesign, generating quotations, proposals, sales reports etc. You will receive full training on Indesign
  • Any other office duties involved with this role
What Skills do I need for this Sales Administrator?
  • Previous sales admin experience
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign or willing to learn, full training is available
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent IT and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Customer focussed, driven and enthusiastic.
  • Analytical and forward thinking
