We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful execution of fit-out projects. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities: Lead and manage all on-site operations during fit-out projects. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression. Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to project timelines and quality requirements. Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, promoting a safe working environment for all on-site personnel. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project. Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements. Problem-solve and address any issues that may arise during the project, ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, safety records, and change orders. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery and future collaborations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out projects commercial or retail. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site personnel effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to foster positive relationships with various stakeholders. Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements. Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools. Valid construction-related certifications or licenses would be an advantage.
