Our client is a UK Top 40 insurance law firm with offices nationwide. An opening has arisen within their Liverpool Credit Hire team, and they are currently recruiting for a NQ-4 PQE Credit Hire Solicitor/CILEX. They are offering a competitive salary and plenty of hybrid flexibility.
This NQ-4 PQE Credit Hire Solicitor/CILEX position will see you handle your own caseload of litigated defendant credit hire files. This role will require you to supervise more junior members of the team.
Previous experience running your own caseload of complex credit hire files is essential. Full knowledge of the credit hire and CPR technical principles is required.
