Our client is a highly acquisitive Private Equity backed Real Estate business, providing services to the residential sector through a number of well known platforms. As part of their continued growth startegy, the business are looking to hire an M&A Manager.

Working in partnership with the Head of M&A, you'll actively support the Company’s buy and build strategy and transaction structuring, through all phases of the M&A process from origination through to investment case approval and deal completion.

This role would particulalry suit an ACA qualified early/mid career M&A professional with c.2-5 years M&A experience.

Salary guide: £75,000 per annum with a 10% bonus

Person Specification

  • ACA Qualified, with substantial post-qualified experience in Corporate Finance.
  • Demonstrable Mergers and Acquisitions and strong buy side experience
  • Strong finance technical knowledge and capability with ability to operate in an agile fast paced environment.
  • Proven and demonstrable advanced financial modelling and planning skills.
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to gain trust and
  • build lasting relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to support and to adapt effectively to dealing with multiple critical projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and works well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience and / or adaptable to working within a corporate environment.
  • Ability to work and collaborate cross functionally with senior management, peers and colleagues alike, across all functions and divisions within the business.
  • Experience of working at a Manager level in a similar role.
