An experienced Director is required to take a strategic lead in the development of English, Math and ESOL across the college to ensure outstanding outcomes for learners. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute at a strategic level to the success of the organisation, and its students and employees.
You will be responsible for a number of curriculum areas and for ensuring that curriculum management tasks and duties are completed by the team to deliver an innovative offer to students, ensuring that these meet the existing and emerging needs of learners, employers, and the community.
You will also have exceptional organisational skills combined with good IT knowledge and data management skills.
