About our Nursery
Busy Bees Spital is an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 130 children, offering a beautiful setting on the banks of the picturesque Spital Dam. The nursery is surrounded by natural beauty, featuring a wild garden and a secluded main garden filled with trees and wildlife. Inside, the bright, airy rooms and dedicated staff team provide an ideal environment to give children the best start in life. Free parking is available for staff.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:
Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Person Role: Oversee childrens development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
