Description

You'll have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the redevelopment of our office and vehicle conditioning centre in Coalville. You'll act as a liaison with our Technology and Workplace departments to drive through and deliver the reopening of our Coalville office and vehicle conditioning centre in accordance with agreed timelines.

Once the redevelopment work has been completed, you will be represent the IT Service Centre onsite to provide 1st line phone support and 2nd line hardware support, as well as fulfilling service requests that are logged with the IT Service Centre.

Minimum Criteria

  • Experience working in a Customer Service or Service Centre environment.

  • Supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment
  • Administrating Microsoft Active Directory
  • Administrating Intune endpoint management
  • Administrating Microsoft Exchange
  • Supporting Microsoft 365 Applications
  • Supporting remote connectivity/VPN
  • Supporting LAN/WAN technologies
  • Supporting Laptops/Desktops and Printers/Multi-Function Devices
