We have an amazing opportunityfor aMulti-Skills Tradesperson to work for one of the country's leading training providers as a Multi Skills Tutor.This will involve assessing the learning and skills needs of individuals with a view to improving theiremployabilityskills. Below covers everything you need to know about what this opportunity entails, as well as what is expected from applicants. Whether you have experience as a Multi Skilled Tutor already or have significant experience across the construction trades and want to become a Tutor, we want to hear from you Location: Retford (Nottinghamshire) Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:

  • The ability to teach your trade as a Multi-skilledpersonnel
  • Minimum 5 years of trade experience
  • A full teaching qualification at Level 4-5 or above or equivalent (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, DTTLS) orwillingness to work towards
  • Experience working with hard-to-reach learners/ apprentices.
  • Experience dealing with challenging situations.
  • Experienced in offering Advice & Guidance.
  • A mentor and role model to others.
