The successful candidate will play a crucial role in a manufacturing environment, contributing to the efficient and safe operation of our processes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manual Lifting: Engage in manual lifting of items weighing up to 25kg, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety guidelines.
  • General Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised working area, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strict adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Manual Handling Skills: Ability to safely lift and move items up to 25kg.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Team Player: Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Punctuality: Reliable and punctual attendance to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage of £11.80 for first 39 hours and £17.70 for the remaining 6 hours of your shift.
