Pa to Coo

This role is supporting the COO of a very successful, global and rapidly growing hedge fund. He is one of the 3 main people that run this hedge fund and as such he is exceptionally busy. He has a business EA however he requires a separate private PA to assist him with all of his personal matters. He has 2 properties in the UK in Marylebone (London) and Marlow, and 1 in Switzerland and a young family, and as he is exceptionally busy this role will require lots of out of hours work (evenings and weekends) as this is when he gets the time and capacity to deal with his personal life admin. That will mean he will get in touch on evenings and weekends, and he really does require someone that has their full focus on him. It really will require an experienced and talented resourceful problem solver who has a lot of patience and emotional intelligence. In the next 6 months there is a real emphasis on property management tasks (he has a renovation coming up) and so someone with project management experience on this front and dealing with builders and trades people would be a real plus.
Assisting with management of properties in London and Switzerland
Paying bills, sorting insurance claims and alike
Booking personal travel and holidays
The role will be a mixture of remote working and being present at both his UK properties (predominately Marlow 2 days a week and around 1 day in London) but a certain degree of flexibility is required to scale this up when needs be. Someone who speaks French is a nice to have as it will help with managing the house in Switzerland but this is definitely not a necessity. The ideal candidate will have 6yrs + private PA experience, good academics, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work things out for themselves without asking too many questions, high emotional intelligence and discretion. Salary depends on the candidates experience and previous compensation.
