Senior Sales Executive

When you join the team, you will be trained and given all the tools you will need to become a well-rounded sales consultant able to offer our ultra-high net worth clients the solution they need to run their daily private jet operation.
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial department at TAG Aviation UK Ltd. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Manage all aspects of charter flights from initial sale to scheduling to post-flight
Build up and manage their own key accounts as well as to mentor team members develop their own
Operations, Accounting, Aircraft Management, Crewing
Assist in the management of key charter aircraft
Greet clients where possible when flying through Farnborough Airport
Provide ‘out-of-hours’ telephone cover from home during evenings and weekends
Display analytical skills and strong commercial awareness
Promote the TAG reputation and brand
Provide assistance to the Deputy Manager with roster planning
Conduct internal training of new charter team members
Provide operational and sales guidance to the team
Provide consistent sales drive and motivation to your team
Plan targeted sales related industry and direct client meetings
Review trip files for sales / operational opportunities
Push for pro-active team sales approaches and transfer sales expertise to the new team members
Attend relevant networking opportunities to support Business Development
Help change TAG direction to remain current as an industry leader
Good level of spoken and written English
~ Good knowledge of business jet aircraft
~ Knowledge of Airports
~ Good understanding of aircraft performance
~ GCSE English and Maths A-C
~ 2 years’ experience in a commercial sales environment
~ Experience of an aircraft broking environment
~ Account management experience
