About the Role

As the Senior General Manager, you will be the heart of our operations, leading with vision and enthusiasm. This role provides full ownership of the restaurant’s success, from team development and guest satisfaction to financial performance and operational standards.

You will have the opportunity to create memorable dining experiences, foster a positive work environment, and build meaningful connections with guests and the local community.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development
  • Lead by example, embodying professionalism, passion, and teamwork.
  • Coach and mentor the management team to maximize their potential and create clear paths for career growth.
  • Foster collaboration between front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring a cohesive and motivated workforce.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development, building a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Cultivate a supportive, engaging, and fun work environment that inspires excellence.
Guest Experience
  • Deliver world-class service, setting a high standard for the team to follow.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to continually enhance the guest journey.
  • Build strong ties with the local community to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, coaching staff on best practices.
Operational Excellence
  • Take full ownership of financial performance, managing budgets, costs, and profitability.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets stringent standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
  • Optimize daily operations, from service flow to cash management and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute memorable events that drive revenue and enhance the brand.

  • Proven leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and KPI analysis.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

  • A hands-on leader with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety standards and operational compliance.
