Our clients is offering days, nights weekends Plus 3 to 6 month block bookings. The suitable Registered General/Tracheostomy Nurse will:

  • Have worked a minimum of 3-6 months as an Tracheostomy Nurse / RGN, have experience of working within a hospital and Residential settings.
  • have recent and ongoing competency in respiratory care and management of tracheostomy/laryngectomy,
  • Deliver day-to-day nursing
  • Be comfortable working alone (alongside skilled care staff) or as part of a small nurse team
  • Advise and guide our teams on health-related matters
  • Help the residents manage their medication with their care and support workers
  • Provide emergency nursing care as required
  • Undertake medical procedures and protocols
  • Liaise with GPs, pharmacies and consultants
  • Keep records and health-related documentation up-to-date.
  • Be able to travel via own or public transport in local and surrounding areas to your home
