We’re looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to work in one of our depots in the UK on a hybrid basis with occasional travelling included.

The Supplier Development Engineer reports through the procurement structure and will support the supply chain onboarding, performance and development activities interacting across all areas within Aggreko. This would include assurance of supplier onboarding, product onboarding, supplier performance management with a specific relation to quality, cost, delivery, and reliability of products.
Contribute to supplier audits and participate in information reviews as part of a team that manages risks related to supplier onboarding.
Support activities within the Commodity Management Team to improve supplier assurance, delivery, and performance for the assigned commodity areas.
Assess and report the ongoing performance of suppliers.
Analyse supplier related performance data to understand risks in the supply chain.
Support the onboarding of products which are included in our New Product Development (NPD) projects.
You will have a higher education in an Engineering, Quality or Procurement management subject, an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor is also desirable. At least 2 years’ experience of working in supplier development and assurance with experience in supplier auditing. You must also hold a full, clean, and valid driving license to travel to supplier sites as and when needed.
