Meraki Talent is sourcing for a Document Automation Specialist to join a forward-thinking, ambitious law firm renowned for innovation, inclusivity, and a people-first culture. As part of the Knowledge Management team, you’ll be essential in delivering seamless document automation solutions, maintaining our project pipeline, and collaborating closely with knowledge lawyers and other departments.

They are seeking a skilled Document Automation Specialist with expertise in Contract Express to come and join the team and enhance document processes within a collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities of the Document Automation Specialist

  1. Collaborate with legal and technical teams to design and implement automation solutions that meet specific project needs.
  2. Manage document automation requests, providing prompt and effective support to ensure uninterrupted service.
  3. Maintain an organized pipeline of automation projects and ensure timely progress on all initiatives.
  4. Work cross-functionally to ensure automation tools are seamlessly integrated with other systems, enhancing workflow and productivity.
  5. Develop and update a knowledge repository for document automation, capturing best practices and troubleshooting tips for efficient access.

Background of the Document Automation Specialist

  1. Proficient in Contract Express and experienced with other document automation tools, particularly in a legal setting.
  2. Proven track record in handling complex automation projects with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
  3. Clear and confident communicator, able to support and guide colleagues through automation processes and answer technical queries effectively.
  4. Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining project documentation with accuracy.
