You must be able to proactively build long-term, sustainable business relationships in order to engender customer loyalty and achieve profitable growth in line with our ambition. This position will be based from our Chelmsford office on a hybrid working model where you will be in the office for 3 days a week (4 days a week during onboarding and training).
Strong technical underwriting skills in Commercial Property and Casualty.
Data analysis skills and ability to make recommendations and decisions.
