Director - Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (m/f/d)

Director of Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is pivotal role at Sportradar and encompasses the full spectrum of governance, Cyber risk management, and compliance responsibilities. You will be instrumental in safeguarding Sportradar's digital assets and ensuring that our information security practices align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Guide the Information Security GRC team, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and compliance practices across Sportradar.
Establish, monitor, and evaluate Information Security risks, developing comprehensive strategies for risk mitigation and reporting.
Spearhead the evolution of Security Compliance requirements, staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes.
Manage Sportradar's Risk Profile, encompassing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning, to ensure resilience and operational integrity.
Craft and refine the Information Security Framework, incorporating processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures. Leverage regulatory requirements and the ISO 27k standard to foster a unified and secure operational model.
Facilitate the deployment of Sportradar's Information Security Management System, targeting systemic risk reduction within our risk appetite.
Lead awareness campaigns and specialized training initiatives to elevate cybersecurity knowledge and embed a culture of security resilience among employees.
Contribute to strategic projects with 'security by design' principles, ensuring Information Security is integral to business processes.
Collaborate with the SVP of Information Security to set annual goals, monitor progress, and evaluate performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
5-10 years in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance, with a demonstrated track record of success.
~ Proven ability in implementing and managing Information Security Management Systems based on the ISO 27k framework.
~ A strong orientation towards KPIs, with the ability to drive improvements in organizational security maturity and risk alignment.
~ Skilled in crafting risk reduction strategies and executing security awareness campaigns.
~ Experience in automating internal control processes to enhance information security efficiency and effectiveness.
~ Fluency in both written and spoken English.

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
