An entrepreneurial business owner is looking for an Operations Business Partner to work closely with him - your exact responsibilities will be tailored around the skills and expertise that you bring to the role. This role is a vital one for the growth of the businesses and will require somebody who has held a similar role in a fast paced and varied environment. To succeed in this role it's 100% essential that you have a strong background within the construction industry - please note that without this your application cannot be considered. In addition, you’ll bring flexibility along with commercial and business acumen that will help you identify opportunities for business growth and efficiency. Other skills you’ll ideally have include budget management, data analysis, project management and the confidence to push back on senior employees.

In this role, you'll receive a salary in the region of £30,000 to £50,000 – applicants at both ends of the salary banding are welcome because, as this is a brand new position, we are open to both somebody who will hit the ground running and somebody who will need mentoring and development.
