CSD accepts consignments from fashion houses ranging from super-brands like Hermes and Chanel, to up and coming designers like Jacquemus. CSD sells second hand luxury through an omnichannel approach: our website, our three London retail stores, and listing items on our global marketplace partners. The retail stores act as hubs for customer and consignor interactions, are showrooms for our best products, and have back rooms that act as warehouses for some of our online orders. The retail stores are located on Marylebone Lane, in Notting Hill, and in Battersea Power Station. Each store has a unique clientele and will require a tailored approach to reach the local demographic.

As a young company with around 25 employees, everyone knows each other on a first name basis, and it's easy to develop close working relationships with other management and the CEO. Consigned Sealed Delivered is looking for a meticulous and experienced Luxury Goods Quality Control Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and authenticity of our second-hand luxury items. You will be responsible for maintaining our brand's integrity and will play a pivotal role in our consignment process. 

Appraisal of Luxury Items : Accurately assess and evaluate second-hand luxury goods, including but not limited to designer handbags, watches, jewelry, clothing, and accessories to verify their condition and authenticity.

Quality Control : Ensure that items meet our quality standards and are in suitable condition for resale. Quality Assurance : Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluating second-hand products.

Documentation : Create meticulous records of the quality control process, including product details, condition, and images that can be used for third-party authentication sites.

Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to the quality control process to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Strong knowledge of luxury brands and products.
