Senior Valuer

This role can be offered on a part time basis as part of a job share arrangement.

As a Senior Real Estate Valuer , you will work as part of our high performing Corporate Lending Team and be part of a Valuation team responsible for valuing a multitude of complex and unusual assets.
As a Senior Real Estate Valuer , we are looking for someone to:
Continuously review our approach to lending policy / valuation security
identifying key risk and providing recommendations on suitability to lend
Identify and develop external relationship with Together valuation panel managers and LPA Receivers that promotes our property portfolio and lending opportunities
Support the Group Head of Valuations in providing strategic advice in relation to property market so as to align with Group risk & lending appetite
Direct experience in property valuation reporting for lending purposes
Excellent organisational, planning and facilitation skills
