Are you an experienced Estates Surveyor looking for your next assignment? I have an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic property team on a short-term contract with potential for extension. Your new role You'll be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio, including industrial, commercial, and retail units ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. Key duties will include: Lease renewals and rent reviews Managing ground leases Preparing and negotiating licences to alter and sub-let Ensuring compliance and delivering the best value across the estate What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in estates management within the public or private sector Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders Knowledge of property law and commercial lease agreements What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied portfolio and make an immediate impact.
