Manufacturing Operative Location: Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds Hours: 7:00am – 16:00pm Salary: £12.13 rising to £13.28 per hour upon completion of probation Benefits: Personal Counterbalance license, Team days out, Christmas parties, 20 days holiday+ 8 days bank holiday, Overtime available at 1.5x, flexible working. You must have strong communication skills, happy to carry out new tasks daily and take on board both written and verbal instructions. Who are we? - To show strong attention to detail and pride within your work
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
- The ability to read from engineering drawings is desirable
- To have strong communication skills
- To keep on top of housekeeping duties
- Compliant with companies health and safety
- Happy with manual lifting
- The ability to manage workloads and work to targets
- To be able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communications
- H&S experience
- Good health due to heavy lifting
- A basic understanding of assembling products
