DescriptionOur client is a European real estate investments house firm. Due to continued business success, they are now looking to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst to join their high-performing team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Director of Investor Relations, the Investor Relations Analyst will take responsibility for the following duties:
- Assist with the implementation of investor relations processes and communication.
- Work on research projects and maintain up to date marketing materials for client/investor presentations.
- Prepare and publish reports.
- Work with the senior team members to assist them with presentations.
- Actively contribute on ad-hoc requests together with the Director of Investor Relations.
The Investor Relations Analyst will meet the following skillset:
- 5+ years’ experience working within investor relations.
- Understanding and experience of real estate strategies is essential.
- Experience using CRM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and writing English, additional European languages would be desirable.
- Strong analytical ability and numerate.
- Highly organised, proactive individual with excellent attention to detail.
