What will you be doing?

You will be working directly with one of the Partners, this is a great opportunity for you to progress your career at a nationally recognised law firm. Your role will include post litigation claims involving a mixture of claims including large loss with high value cases of £100,000 upwards including indemnity disputes, liability and quantum. The team deals with claims involving complex injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries and amputations predominantly following accidents at work, public liability claims and motor accident.

You will be working in a small team of experienced professionals in an engaging environment. This will be a knowledge stretching yet rewarding role as not only do we promote strong relationships and results for our clients we also promote supportive working relationships within the team.

What do I need?

You will need to be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England & Wales with at least 2 years’ experience in defending CAT PI Claims.
