Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day *Note: there are two similar roles we are hiring for: an Integration Hardware Engineer and an Integration Automation Engineer. Our Team Global Broadcast Engineering provides technological infrastructure and operational support to for the company’s global linear playout platform to ensure our global audiences can enjoy our clients programming around the world and across platforms. Our client is a leading global media and entertainment company and is available in more than 220 countries & territories and 50 languages. The Way We Work Global Broadcast Engineering is building technology and systems that meet world-class standards for which our client is known. We provide 24/7 support for the Global Broadcast Operations team and fulfil business needs through constant innovation. The Role The role is a member of the Global Broadcast Engineering team. This position will primarily be testing and supporting automation and playout systems. This person will work alongside the Integration & Playout Engineering Teams to ensure testing is undertaken and work on upgrades where necessary. This person will work jointly with Broadcast Engineering, Broadcast Operations, and network clients. Must be able to balance technical requirements with creative desires and provide a solid and comprehensive production plan. Testing automation and playout systems
Work with a team of engineers and operators in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, coordinate testing & necessary upgrades, and address critical problems through to resolution.
Other job duties, responsibilities, and project assignments as necessary.
This position is required to be on site in Chiswick Park London, 5 days a week (Monday-Friday).
Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.

BA/BSc in IT, Engineering or similar technical degree or equivalent TV & Media industry experience.
Understanding of video and audio signals and standards.
Basic understanding of AWS architectures and methodologies.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude with ability to lead and handle high volume projects.
