We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Leader to oversee all aspects of engineering and manufacturing at our facilities in Dinnington and Northallerton. Significant experience in engineering, operations, and manufacturing management, with a proven period spent in a leadership or management role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams and projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and/or chemical engineering, with a focus on industrial equipment and systems.
Experience with ERP systems, project management tools, and other operational software applications.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
