About the Role: We are currently seeking a Trimmer / Fitter to join the early/ late shift. Working in the Composite Fitting Shop, the successful candidate will be responsible for fitting and bonding of structural composite components to the highest quality levels.
Trim, bond and assemble carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals.
Responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards on all manufactured composites components.
Proactively contributing to develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Working with manufacturing engineering to support the development of work instructions and taking part in design for manufacture meetings for for new parts/projects.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate significant previous experience of trimming/fitting a broad range of composite materials in the Motorsport / F1.
Have a positive can-do attitude and be willing to help and support your peers.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
