Finance Manager

Ecommerce | Series A

TalentEdge are very excited to be working with a growing tech start up based in Central London who are looking to secure a high calibre newly qualified ACA to join their ever expanding team.

This business have gone from strength to strength over the past few years thus the reason they are looking for an additional head in their business as they expand internationally You will be working closely with an excellent FC and have great exposure to the founders of the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with UK/US entities and be looking to develop within a high-growth business in the ecommerce space

Key responsibilities to include:

  • Statutory accounts preparation and point of contact for external auditors
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Supporting on new product launches
  • Consolidating group accounts (UK & US)
  • Preparation and filing of monthly VAT, PAYE returns
  • Assisting in the maintenance and improvements of systems and processes
  • Partnering with key stakeholders

Profile:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified, strong academic background
  • Experience working across multiple US states
  • Experience within a tech startup is desirable
  • Advanced Excel and Xero desirable
  • Strong technical reporting experience
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
