Digital Marketing Manager

Cheshire. Hybrid, 3 days in & 2 WFH.

£55,000 + Package *fantastic benefits

Our client is a much loved, high growth D2C lifestyle brand. They are a + £100m turnover business who are growing quickly by expanding their product ranges and launching into new international territories.

Key to continuing this success is the hiring of a talented Senior Digital Marketing professional to play a pivotal leadership role, setting the strategy and managing the execution of digital channels with the help of an internal team and 3rd party agencies.

They will ensure all marketing strategies are innovative, efficient and inline with wider business objectives.

Key remit of the role:

  • Drive measurable growth via comprehensive digital strategies - channels including but not limited to PPC, Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Mentor and grow the performance marketing team, providing guidance on best practice
  • Oversee a significant digital budget, allocating it appropriately to maximise ROI
  • Partner with the wider marketing team to integrate performance marketing into the wider business, ensuring trade and campaign messaging is seamless
  • Use data to provide actionable marketing insights, leveraging new technologies and methodologies
  • Ensure all campaigns are in line with the brand guidelines and communications strategy
  • Report on performance to the board providing strategic insight and recommendations based on data
  • Build a culture of high performance which encourages innovations at all times.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a senior digital / performance role in a fast paced trading environment. Ideally 5+ years experience
  • Experienced managing Paid Media, SEO and Social Media strategies.
  • Extensive budget management experience
