About the role

Are you an insurance professional with a passion for developing and managing clients with a track record of success? We're looking for a dynamic Senior Client Executive to join our high-performing Advised Broking team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by managing key client relationships and delivering innovative solutions, whilst providing expert advice on commercial insurance products, including PI, Cyber, Tech, D&O & Crime.

What you'll get up to

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value commercial clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all insurance-related matters.
  • Develop strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning services to maximise satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, review client portfolios, and make coverage recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding coverage and cross-selling other insurance products and services.
  • Develop strategies to grow the commercial portfolio through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide clients with tailored insurance solutions and recommendations.
  • Advise clients on risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses and align with industry standards.
  • Work with underwriters to secure optimal policy terms and coverage for clients.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging risks, and new products in the commercial insurance sector.
  • Analyse client performance data and market trends to enhance competitive advantage.
  • Contribute to product development and client retention strategies based on market insights.

About you:

  • 8+ years experience within a senior commercial broking capacity.
  • Knowledge of working within the commercial insurance sector, including property, liability & financial lines insurance products.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and account management with a focus on commercial combined insurance products
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
