Headteacher (Temporary)

Job Description: The Supply Register are a managed service working alongside 4 large multi academy trusts within Devon & Cornwall. We are currently seeking experienced and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team on a temporary basis to cover short-term absences and maintain continuity of education for our students.

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance academic performance, student well-being, and overall school effectiveness.
Cultivate positive relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, staff, governors, and the wider community.
Manage the school's budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to support educational goals and priorities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding procedures, and health and safety standards.
Proven experience as a Head Teacher or in a senior leadership role within a school setting.
Strong leadership qualities, including vision, integrity, resilience, and effective communication skills.
A track record of driving academic improvement and fostering a culture of excellence.
Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or educational leadership.
