We are recruiting for a Audio Visual Commissioning Engineer to join a leading integrator.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning process of AV systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.

What You Will Do:
  1. Collaborate with internal departments, clients, and contractors to understand project requirements and specifications.
  2. Design and commission AV systems, employing proven technology and exploring innovative solutions for unique challenges.
  3. Physically set up and test system components to demonstrate functionalities and validate concepts.
  4. Seamlessly integrate AV systems into client buildings, handling both hardware and software interfaces.
  5. Conduct on-site commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.
  6. Provide technical support and training to clients on operating and maintaining their AV systems.
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and research.
  8. Contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge, collaborating effectively, and maintaining a positive attitude.
What We're Looking For:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Audio Visual Commissioning Engineer or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, including audio, video, control systems, and networking.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with specific AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron).
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong programming skills.
  • Ability to work on-site at various client locations.
