Our team combines traditional boatbuilding skills with cutting-edge engineering and modern techniques to produce vessels of the highest quality.

Position:
We are seeking a full-timeGRP Finisherto join our team. This is a permanent role, working07:00 to 17:30, Monday to Thursday (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:
As a GRP Finisher, your duties will include:

• Finishing and preparing hulls, decks, and various boat components
• Working within a small team to meet production targets while maintaining impeccable standards of workmanship
• Preparing moulds and trimming components

Essential Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in polishing components and gel coating
• The ability to prepare and trim moulds
• Snagging experience on worked components
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• A coachable, positive attitude and a desire to pursue perfection
• Strong time management skills
• The ability to work well within a team
• A commitment to producing work in a clean and organised manner

Salary:
A competitive rate up to£16.50 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The starting rate will be discussed during the interview process.
