providing state of the art technology solutions to businesses of any size or industry. We are looking for a very hands-on person to manage, organise and develop technology and systems within the company to meet strategic objectives. To include overseeing the technical aspects of the organisation, systems architecture, network infrastructure and data security, ensuring that the IT infrastructure meets the company's evolving needs.

Core Responsibilities
To successfully implement and maintain company policy in a fast evolving environment
To drive the development of strategic operating plans that reflects the longer-term objectives and priorities established by the board
Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy tailored to the company's business objectives, scalability and operational efficiency
Oversee the design and implementation of robust technical architectures, ensuring alignment with business requirements, security standards and industry’s best practices
Establish and maintain efficient and reliable technology operations, including systems infrastructure, networks, data management and security protocols for high performance, uptime and data integrity
Review and maintain exiting security policies
Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring data privacy and security regulations compliance
Stay aware of the latest tech advancements to provide strategic insights and recommendations for maintaining our technological edge 
Work closely with other departments ensure technology alignment with business needs and client requirements
Communicate effectively with stakeholders about technology strategy and projects, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives
To ensure global consistency

Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology MCSE (Cloud: Platform and Infrastructure) or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years hands-on technical experience
Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems architecture, network security, and cloud technologies
Knowledge of GDPR and UK Data Protection legislation
Deep understanding of technology trends and best practices
Extensive knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices.
Experience driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging cloud technologies, and implementing data-driven decision-making.
Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into effective technology strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing technology teams.
Proven track record of successfully leading time critical technology projects within budget.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights for informed decision-making.
