Act as the first point of contact for managers seeking HR advice.
# Coach and support managers through HR processes (absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures).

# Oversee all HR aspects related to compliance relating to payroll, recruitment, and employee lifecycle.

Deliver training aligned with behaviors and culture.
Management of HR-related IT programs and systems.
Employee relations including complex cases defining strategic direction and detailed policies.
Ability to effectively motivate diverse teams and drive engagement, increase capability, professional excellence, and performance.
Ability to influence at a senior level.
