The ideal candidate is passionate about interior architecture, furniture, and product design, and enjoys translating innovative ideas into reality. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers and project leads to shape the creative vision for projects. Conduct design research during concept development, including mood boards, site analysis, and trend exploration. Assist in developing project materiality through research, sample management, supplier engagement, and showroom visits. Support the creation of concept presentations, material boards, and design documentation. Coordinate with external consultants for the production of CGIs and other visualizations. Research and select furniture, fabrics, and finishes. Prepare FF&E specifications, drawings, and production documentation, ensuring coordination with other project consultants. Review samples, strike-offs, and shop drawings for design intent and specification compliance. Attend factory reviews, prototype inspections, and site installations as required. Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 years’ experience in FF&E design within high-end hospitality or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp is an advantage. Excellent free-hand sketching and design visualization skills. Key Attributes Creative problem solver with an eye for color, materials, and detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with suppliers and project teams. Passion for turning design concepts into fully realized, high-quality deliverables.
