Vital Rail; a major support services provider, completing enhancement, renewal and maintenance projects for the Rail, Light Rail and Underground sectors. Over 2,000 contractors and 300 vehicles in the fleet.
provide blue-collar and white-collar engineering and construction personnel for the UK and overseas markets. an international recruitment consultancy, specialising in professional and technical personnel in permanent, contract and temporary positions across the UK.
Vital Security; provide professional security solutions to a wide range of industries, specialising in rail, utilities and construction sites. Through static guarding, mobile patrolling and rail perimeter/trackside monitoring we deter criminality on all of the sites we protect.

We are seeking Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team at the Bellshill (Glasgow) office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, where you will play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top talent for our clients.

We will provide industry-related and recruitment-specific training that will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, engage, and assess potential candidates. You will have access to ongoing support and mentorship from experienced recruitment professionals. Taking recruitment briefings from clients
Maintain candidate and client data on our database
Liaise with our payroll and vetting teams to ensure appropriate documentation is received (CV's, proof of right to work, timesheets etc).

Prior telephone based work experience such as in B2B/B2C sales or Customer Service
